About BOSAD
BOSAD completed its establishment as a professional organization in July 2003, starting with 9 founding members. By the end of 2025, it has surpassed 130 members. With an 85% representation rate within the "National Paint Industry," BOSAD stands as the umbrella organization of the sector.
The Turkish paint industry holds a significant position in the international market with its production quality at global standards. With its economic and commercial structure, production capacity, technological advancements, compliance with regulations, and strong brands, the sector is advancing steadily as the 5th largest producer in Europe, becoming a regional power.
The general activities of BOSAD, which embodies the strength of the sector, are as follows:
- Building Synergy: We identify and address issues at all levels in all sectors connected to our paint industry, voicing collective concerns more effectively under the leadership of BOSAD. Issues that cannot be resolved individually are addressed through collaborative efforts under the BOSAD umbrella.
- Sectoral Representation: We ensure strong representation of our sector in public institutions and international platforms while safeguarding the interests of our members.
- Events and Communication Activities: To contribute to the technical and commercial development of our members, we organize fairs, conferences, seminars, workshops, and panels. These events strengthen sectoral communication and enhance knowledge sharing.
- Sectoral Research and Reports: We closely monitor the industry's development and prepare periodic reports with in-depth analysis of sectoral data, keeping our members informed about industry advancements.
- Expert Working Groups: With contributions from over 150 experts across 15 specialized working groups, we generate sectoral data and develop solutions.
- Monitoring Legal Regulations: We track new laws and decrees, assess their potential impacts on the sector, and conduct studies on their possible effects on our industry.
- Collaborations and Project Development: We develop projects and strengthen sectoral collaborations through partnerships with organizations such as TİM, TKSD, İKMİB, İSO, İTO, İMSAD, TOBB, TÜSİAD, and universities.
